We have reactivated our Twitter account so you may want to follow NYJacks on Twitter to get any recent news. We want to get back to our normal social existence but it can only happen if everyone does their part to keep themselves and their friends and family safe. T hese rules are temporary of course and we will celebrate the day when they are no longer necessary. Our members have told us that they only feel safe to join us if we remain determined to screen everyone for their vaccination history. We are still checking for proof of two shot vaccinations though we are no longer requiring the booster shot. The Sunday party will open at 4 as usual.īoth of our venues are back in business so despite our inherent caution we feel that we can begin again safely however we are making the following conditions:
Saturday June 25th and Sunday June 26th We need to change the time of the Saturday party so doors will open at 7 PM on the 25th. We will be holding two parties on PRIDE weekend this year. The Sunday meetings will continue as usual.
We expect to hold 2 more parties there, June 14, and 21, After that we will have to investigate our options. We have been informed that Paddles, our Tuesday venue, will be closing by the end of the month.
